Rates

My rates vary with the nature of the signing, from $10.00 for an individual's signature to $150.00 for complex loan document signing. I also accept the standard market rates from signing companies. No assignment is too small or too large. Travel fees might be required, depending upon the location of the notary job.

Qualifications and Business Equipment

I hold California Notary Commission #1688079. I am a National Notary Association Certified and Screened Loan Signing Agent, and a Mobile Notary and Loan signing Agent Certified by the Academy For Notaries. I am also a California licensed real estate broker/realtor. I maintain a fax and DSL e-mail access, have digital documentation capability, and use the latest in laser printers.

Areas Serviced

My office is located at the hub of Sonoma County in northern California, near the crossroads of Highwys 101, 116, and 12. I cover all of the rural, coastal, and urban areas of Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Petaluma, Cotati, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healsburg, Geyserville, Cloverdale, Hopland, Forestville, Guerneville, and related Russian River towns, and coastal locations.
